I also have had the mispleasure of dealign with this company. They are a joke. They rip people off. Rubbish company! Waste of time, effort and money.
I have been well and truly conned.
However, I'm in the process of working with watchdog.
They have changed their company name and always claim to be working with Google which is a utter lie and Google are investigating it.
C est de l arnaque keyworld media ou matchmaker marketing ils vous font payé 120€ 1 mois pour 4 mots clef mais enfin de compte vous payé mais y a que 1 mot clef actif apres on vous demande de payé alors que vous avez pas encore été référencé le mois déja payé c est de la grosse arnaque j ai les nerfs sur eux.
Au téléphonne vous avez jamais le meme interlocuteur et ils vous prenne pour un innocent. Aussi, vous payé un mois apres le moi vous leur dites que vous souhaité pas continué avec eux ils disent ok et un moi apres ils vous contacte en demandant de payé le mois précédent alors que vous avez demandé d arretter l annonce vous comprenez le VICE? Hola. Cuidado con esta compañía ya que los conozco muy bien. El que hace el comentario de que le va muy bien con esta compañía es que trabaja para ellos y lo se de buen pie. Son unos sinvergüenzas sin escrúpulos y lo mejor es que para España cambiaron el nombre de nuevo que es www.kwmes.com y lo mejor es que se mudan para MALTA donde están casi ya establecidos.
Ahora están vendiéndoles a los negocios de España el FACEBOOK ya que con GOOGLE lo tienen difícil por lo quemado que esta por ellos y otras empresas como TOP SPOT, SEARCHINTERNET, FACEBOOKGLOBAL, NEW APPROACH FINANCE, CLIK ONE.
El dueño no puede entrar en Inglaterra ya que si entra lo detienen y para la cárcel. Debe dinero en tasas al gobierno y según tengo entendido por buenas fuentes son mas de 800.000 libras y al banco de Scotland (RBS) mas de 500.000 libras.
Cuidado con un PORTUGUES ARNALDO LOPEZ que es el encargado del mercado Español.
No se fíen de estas empresas que llaman ofreciéndoles el oro y el moro ya que para hacer publicidad en GOOGLE Y FACEBOOK hace falta un buen estudio de publicidad. Para campañas de marketing en internet llevan tiempo y dedicacion cosa que estas empresas no pueden ofrecer y hacen daño tanto a empresas como profesionales del marketing online.

Keyworld are now trading as KWM - I tried to stop them taking any further payments from my bank after I got a call saying I owed £149 yet they still took another £300 for nothing!!!
In the end I closed my bank account to stop this scam and these KWM Scammers!
I've been looking around the internet and they are linked to Precision Media , KWM , Keyworld Media.
AVOID COMPANY LIKE THIS AT ALL COSTS ! They are nothing but a Scam!
KWM is a scam , Keyworld Media ,Precision Media , Matchmaker Marketing It's all the same big Scam.
Facebookglobal, facebookglobal.com is a scam.
They're very agressive in selling you advertising space (impressions on Facebook) over the telephone.
They say they're based at One Canada Square in London.
When you ask them they send a status report which is false since you'll get no extra traffic to your site even if the ad is supposed to link to it.
It is impossible that the ad appears on tens of thousands of facebook pages and no-one clicks on it.
If you like to advertise on Facebook you just click a few buttons on the Facebook page. Do not use Facebook Global!

Don't go near them. I agreed to a one month trial with them on a monthly renewal, after which they were supposed to contact me and run through the figures enabling me to make a decision. Guess what. They helped themselves to the contents of my bank account without ever calling me. When I rang their number to complain, (several times) I ended up in an automated system which always ended at a dead end with a recorded message in an American accent saying they were unable to take my call.
Eventually, after much perseverance, threats of legal action, Police, trading standards, I got through and they agreed a refund. Which they did; without the VAT. Then they had the nerve to ring me and ask me if I wanted to try another service. I told them I am still waiting for the rest of my refund, and guess what - I have never heard from them again.
I would rather lick the M62 clean than use Keyworld Media again.
